The space
Home is located 10 mins from the Cape Coral beach and Boat ramp next to the Boat House restaurant. 20 minute to FT Myers beach or downtown Ft Myers. 15 minutes to the Sanibel Causeway. 25 minutes from the Punta Gorda and southwest Florida airports.

Entire home. Laundry is in the garage.
Other things to note
Pool is heated by a heat pump during the winter months ONLY. We keep the temperature on 85 but it’s not guaranteed because unusually cool nights or cold fronts will make it hard for the heater to maintain 85 degrees. It’s rare in southwest Florida but cold fronts do happen. Summer Inside of the home is kept at 72. HVAC is only meant to remove humidity and cool 18-20 degrees cooler than outside. There are a lot of 100 degree days. We are at the mercy of the weather and mechanical limitations. If you expect 60 degrees inside in south Florida during the summer, stay north. Come visit us in the fall and winter. Subtropical summers

Don’t burn down the house. No wild parties, I love my neighbors and I want them to love us!
There are several wastebaskets around the house: the toilet is not one of them! NO GLASS OUTSIDE ON THE PATIO OR POOL AREA. DO NOT PARK IN THE GRASS. Not only are there sprinklers that could be damaged, CAPE CORAL doesn’t allow it and will ticket.

“There is a pool and we prefer your children be supervised in and around the pool” - Pool/hot tub without a gate or lock
“The pool heater is set to the temperature we have chosen. Raising the pool temperature will automatically forfeit your deposit. There is a camera on the heater FYI. No glass outside on the patio or around the pool. The grill is not to be moved from its location. ” - Security camera/recording device
“Camera’s are placed on the front outside of the property, side and on the pool heater. There are no camera’s on the inside or of the pool area. Your privacy and security are top priorities. ” - Carbon monoxide alarm installed

Cancellation policy
- Reservations may be cancelled by the Guest with notice to the
Owner within seven (7) days of the date of the reservation call, and more than sixty (60)
days before check-in. - After seven (7) days form check-in date, deposits, rent and fees
paid shall become non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled by the Guest. - The guest may select another time slot available and priced accordingly to the current
season. - Winter season being 11/1-4/31 and Summer season being 5/1-10/31.
- UTILITIES: Utility fees are included in the rent amount stated above for weekly rental
only
