The space
Chefs kitchen! We have everything you’ll need to dine at home. Also an ice machine with a freezer to store bags of ice. The home is set up with 7 beds. Two kings, two queens are in the 3 bedrooms. The home has two living rooms, One has a queen pull out sofa bed, the other has two euro loungers that fold down to full size beds.

Other things to note
kayaks available to use. Pool heated to 86 during winter months. The heater is mechanical and most efficient during normal south Florida winter weather. An unusual cold front won’t allow the heater to reach temperature daily. It is not a hot tub and only heats during the day. The cameras are only outside on the driveway, dock and pool equipment. No cameras inside the house or on the pool. These are for security and to make sure our pool, lawn and house keeping are keeping the property maintained and on schedule.
